Mr. Ratikanta Kanungo is a young, jovial and dynamic personality with a post graduate degree from the Ravenshaw College, Cuttack. He started his career as a lecturer in the field of Economics. With economics background he thought appropriate to get into business and switched over to start a real estate company in the name of “Shibani Estates and Promoters Pvt Ltd”, purely with an aim to provide shelter to the needy people of Orissa.Accordingly this organization has so far provided more than 10 thousand plots and built up shelters for the needy hundreds within an affordable price in Orissa.
